Madrid and Toledo move at different speeds. One unfolds through wide streets, arcades, markets, and the energy of a working capital. The other compresses centuries into stone, narrow passages, and changing elevation, where the day slows and the light does more of the talking.

Two places, observed rather than explained.

The film moves between them through observation, not narration. Architecture, people, light, and movement carry the sense of place.

Production notes: a personal project, made without a client or a brief. The film was gathered while moving through both cities and shaped in the edit around contrast — scale and intimacy, movement and stillness, the rhythm of a modern city against historic texture. Visual progression, music, and ambient detail do the work that narration might otherwise do.
