Yield & Frame Studio ("the studio," "we," "us") is a filmmaking studio based in Miami, Florida, run by Javier Morales. This page explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
If you contact the studio through the Start a Project form, you may share your name, email address, company or property, project type, location, timeline, budget range, and any details you write in your message. Only the name, email, and message are required; everything else is optional.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages requested. We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this site. If that changes, we will update this page.
Third-party services
- YouTube. Films on this site are embedded from YouTube. Some pages also play a silent preview from YouTube as you scroll. When a YouTube player loads, Google may receive your IP address and may set cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed mode where possible.
- Google Fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
- Hosting. The site is served by a third-party hosting provider that processes requests on our behalf.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, discuss and plan a potential project, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and handle email, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to document any resulting work, then delete them when they are no longer useful or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time through the Start a Project form. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though embedded videos may not work as expected.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
