How We Work
From story to frame.
Six stages. One creative point of view from the first conversation through final delivery.
Discovery
Before cameras come out
Who is this for? What should they feel? What makes this story distinct, and where does the finished film need to live?
Concept
A visual language with a point of view
This is where the film begins to take shape — how it should move, what it should sound like, and the throughline that holds every scene together.
Pre-Production
Shot strategy, location, light
Locations, access, shot strategy, story progression, and the production schedule are mapped before the shoot — with timing built around the subject and the best available light.
Production
Intentional, unobtrusive
Environment, people, movement, detail, and sound — captured as they actually occur, with a crew small enough not to change how a room behaves.
Director-Led
One filmmaker — concept, camera, and edit guided by the same creative perspective.
Lean Crew
A second camera, sound, lighting, or photography added when the story and location call for it.
Expanded Production
Multi-day or multi-location work with trusted collaborators assembled around the needs of the project — while creative direction remains consistent.
Post-Production
Editing, sound, color, rhythm
The story takes its final shape in the edit — pacing, sound design, music, and color working together to carry the feeling established during production.
A review cut creates space for focused feedback before the film moves into its final finish.
Delivery
Ready for where it needs to live
Final films, cutdowns, loops, and stills arrive organized and prepared for their intended destinations — with the right format, aspect ratio, and finish for each use.
Planned as a System
One production can do more than one job.
When a project needs film, photography, vertical stories, or website assets, those formats are planned before production — not discovered afterward in the edit.
